We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few nights and we were highly impressed with our experience. The location of this place is excellent, situated in the heart of the resort on the walkway along the river, away from the funicular that will bring you to the Olympic slopes in the mountains. Moreover, it is just next to the main square, which made exploring the area very convenient for us.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to the ski lifts and had a swimming pool and steam room to relax after skiing all day. The breakfast was great and had plenty of variety.

The restaurant menu could use some improvement as it lacked inspiration. the spa services were not adequately advertised in the room, so it was difficult to know what was available.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the cable car stops. The hotel was facing a river, so it was very quiet and tranquil at night. The room was new and well-maintained, with all modern amenities and plenty of storage space. The small spa on site with a pool and hamam sauna was a great addition. The breakfast had a good selection of pastry and hot/cold options, and it was open until 11 am. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about local hotspots. I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Rosa Khutor and would highly recommend it.
